Designing a Better Way to Work

Mugen
Year
2025
I'm partnering with Mugen to redesign their productivity platform. The goal is to make complex task management feel effortless through clean, intuitive design. This involves creating a seamless web experience that showcases their platform's power through purposeful animations and thoughtful interactions.
The visual system focuses on fluid motion and clear hierarchy, helping users understand how work moves through their platform. Through interactive demonstrations, users can quickly grasp how Mugen transforms their daily workflow, while maintaining focus on what matters most - getting things done.
Scope of Work
Project images are handled through multi-reference.
This flexible image system allows you to showcase your work in its best light on project pages. Multi-reference lets you upload images to your CMS and select the ideal ratio for each specific context, add custom descriptions, and create side-by-side image comparisons - all while maintaining visual consistency throughout your portfolio.

Reflection
Designing for return, not just for use.
"Financial products are deeply tied to behavior, confidence, and habit. The challenge wasn't a better interface. It was designing an experience users would genuinely want to come back to."
This project highlighted how financial products are connected to user behavior, confidence, and long-term habits. The challenge was not simply creating a better interface, but designing an experience users would genuinely want to return to consistently.
Designing for motivation required balancing clarity, trust, and engagement without overwhelming users a balance that shaped every screen, every interaction, and every moment of feedback in the final product.
